A letter from the Director about the “After School Acting Program”.

December 1, 2017

Dear Fallbrook Elementary Students:

Behind the scenes, we affectionately call the after school program the “Annie Project”, it’s the original name given to the program in 2006.  The vision was to provide children who could not be carpooled to an extracurricular activity an opportunity to experience the classical fine art of Theatre.

Thank you for the support and the opportunities that you have provided me during the last eleven years 2006-2017. I have truly enjoyed my tenure with the “Annie Project”, and am more than grateful for each young mind and the privilege to witness the personal growths of the students over the years.

I know I am not alone in receiving blessings from giving to the children.  Mary Fry and Patty Hornsveld were also there alongside me for over 10 years sharing their love of children and theatre.  I know that they both want you to know they love and appreciate all the time shared at the auditoriums, classrooms and ultimately the Mission Theatre.

It is with a heavy heart I write this letter today, to inform you that there will not be a spring musical offered through CAST in the year of 2018. A new series of projects geared for grades 3-6 will be offered during the Fallbrook Elementary Calendar holiday breaks.  These day camps will be held at the CAST Studios on Main Avenue.  CAST would be glad to help however we can.  Apply for a scholarship based on financial need through the CAST office 760-731-2278. Check HERE for projects dates and times

Thank you for the memories and we will never forget your sweet faces!

Sincerely,

Miss Jenn
